Welsh language rock band from Llanrwst, formed at Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy (Llanrwst School) in 1983. Their early line up was Mark Roberts, Barry Cawley, Paul Jones, Dylan Hughes. Dylan left to join Yr Anhrefn and Mark Kendall replaced him. Disbanded in 1992.Y Cyrff means The Bodies in English.
