Romanian group founded in 1946 by three brothers George, Angel and Cezar Grigoriu, born in Brăila.
The three brothers have inherited musical talent from their father who was violinist.
At the beginings the trio Interprets jazz music but soon changed to pop music.
Over the time, the trio was accompanied by Horia Ropcea, Simona Cassian, Gică Petrescu and many others.
The leader of Trio Grigoriu was George Grigoriu who also composed almost all songs performed by the trio.
The trio was active until 70's.
