Portuguese touring symphony orchestra, intended to fill the lack of regular concerts outside the cities of Lisboa and Porto. It was formed by Álvaro Cassuto, established on July 19, 1987 and gave its first concert on May 22, 1988 at the Palácio Nacional de Queluz.
