One-man experimental industrial black metal / symphonic project created by Noise Nazi originally in 2017.

Originally the demo "Nocturnal Feast" was recorded in summer of 2017. It featured nothing but electronic noise & dark ambiance with an emphasis on distorted & tortured vocal FX.

"Immortal Beast" was recorded in 2018 & went toward a more conventional black metal style. Both demos were shelved & unknown to the public until a re-release of "Nocturnal Feast" was featured on Narkotik Analog Recordings in 2021.

Since then, Schlangengeist has made a total of 3 demos, 1 rehearsal, a compilation tape & 1 split.

The project went on to mix industrial, noise & power electronics with simplistic bass, guitar riffs & synth melodies. Forming "black metal" in a much more unconventional sense, with elements of grindcore, death metal, war metal & more.

This project does not care about 'talent'.
