The Centaurs were formed in Vancouver Canada in early 1965. They played hundreds of gigs in the Vancouver and surrounding area before leaving on a steamship for a European tour of Holland and Germany in November 1966. There, they shared the stage with many big names and landed a recording deal with Polydor to make a single. During their Vancouver years, they recorded several tracks at a local studio which remained unreleased until 2018, when the master tapes were uncovered and a CD and Vinyl LP were released. Band Members: Ron Williams (vocals), John Gedak (Drums), Hugh Reilly (Guitar), Al West (Bass), Louis Pitrie (1st Keyboard player), Bob Brown (2nd Keyboard Player, plays on all recordings).
