Vera Svoboda
Real name: Veronika Marija Svoboda Njikoš

(Osijek, 15 August 1936 - 1 April 2024)Famous Croatian singer of traditional tambura and folk songs. Vera absolved her music education also in her home town. During her carreer Svoboda received numerous awards for her chanson-singing. She married another famous Esseker Julije Njikoš.
