Akos Daskalopoulos was a Greek journalist, poet and lyricist. Born 23 March 1937 in Athens, Greece - Died 25 February 1998 in Athens, Greece.
Between 1960 and 1962, he worked as a journalist at Έθνος newspaper. In 1967, he was left blind in the left eye due to a car accident. The following year (1968), he acquired a red trawler in which he spent most of his life until 1982.
In 1974, he married Χριστίνα Αυλιανού and lived with her until 1978 when they divorced.
