Bio | "From Ambient to New Dark Wave"

DEEP IMAGINATION from the Frankfurt am Main region in Germany is a project of Thorsten Sudler-Mainz, whose productions have been released by the renowned Munich label BSC Music/Prudence since 2004.

From the instrumental ambient of the first album Scapes (2005) to the art rock and gothic elements infused My Silent Celebration (2020), DEEP IMAGINATION's music continued to evolve. With the single Find Your Own Way (2022) and the album The Children Of The Moon, released in 2023, the musician allows the influences from the dark wave of his beginnings to take hold as never before.

The merging of atmospheric electronic sounds, ethereal vocals and instruments such as guitars and ethnic percussion is the hallmark of the productions of Thorsten Sudler-Mainz, who also came to prominence in the noughties as the founder of the Cologne-based ambient project Art Of Infinity.

Medially Thorsten Sudler-Mainz presents the music of DEEP IMAGINATION with lovingly produced video clips in which he appears together with his guest musicians.
