Congas Atlas is an Electronica unit with a psychedelic twist formed by French Psy-trance pioneer Gabriel Masurel (Blue Planet Corporation) and Japanese producer Supercozi (of Zen Lemonade). The two veterans joined together to create their own cinematic soundscape world made with downtempo grooves.
Gabriel and Cozi have both always shared a common love of Exotica, a musical genre most popular in 1950's across the globe, which offered people an opportunity to travel to far away distant places, yet still remain safely in their cocoons.
Congas Atlas refines the essence of Exotica with modern beats and deep pulse of Techno whilst maintaining their roots in Psychedelic Dance music.
