Spanish instrumental rock band founded in Madrid in 1962 by José Luis Armenteros (guitar), Pablo Herrero (organ), Ricardo López Fuster (drums), Ignacio Sánchez Campins (rhythm guitar, later also keyboard) and Juan José Sánchez-Campins (bass, and later lead guitar). First known as "Dick y Los Relámpagos".They starting backing Miguel Ríos, Juan Pardo, Rocío Durcal... They signed with RCA and later with Zafiro-Novola.
J. L. Armenteros and Pablo Herrero left them in 1968 to become famous composers and in 2000 released a new album call themselves as New World Relámpagos with US surf music musicians.
