Infinite Black formed from the ashes of the original Chaotic Impurity line-up in mid 1994. The band recorded a reh/demo in 1995 and distributed this on cassette. In 1996 a studio demo was recorded entitled 'Blasphametal'. In 1997 the original line-up disbanded, members focusing on other bands. In 2010, original guitarist 'The Unnamed' recorded a solo Infinite Black EP titled 2010. In 2011 Thai label Hellhouse666 Productions released both 'Reh/Demo '95' and 'Blasphametal' on Cassette limited to 100 total copies. Original drummer Desert Storms rejoined The Unnamed in 2011 to start playing Infinite Black music again. The new line-up including Toneye(Chaotic Impurity, Nomenclature Diablerie) on vocals and M.Ether Stofoles on synth. This lineup recorded 'Rebuke' in 2012 and 'Promo MMXIV' in 2014. The band has been on a hiatus since about 2015. 2023 saw an invite to play live with old friends and thus the band has re-emerged.
