Japanese composer and conductor (12 July 1925, Tokyo — 31 January 1989). Yasushi Akutagawa (芥川 也寸志) was the youngest of three sons of Japanese writer Ryunosuke Akutagawa (1892—1927) and Hiroshi Akutagawa's (1920—1981) brother.
