Dick Vosburgh was an American-born British comedy writer and lyricist. He wrote material for many popular comedians, including Ronnie Corbett, Bobby Davro, Roy Hudd, Lenny Henry, Tommy Cooper and Bob Hope and many successful deletion shows including The Two Ronnies, The Kenny Everett Television Show, Crackerjack!, The Frost Report and The Reg Varney Revue. He also wrote obituaries for comedians and actors for The Observer and The Times newspapers.

Born: 27th August 1929 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA.
Died: 18th April 2007 in London, England at the age of 77 following a battle with cancer.
