Having worked as a dancer and fashion model Efua (pron. Ef'wah) Baker released her only album in 1993. Under the guidance of Jazzie B (Soul II Soul), whom she was dating at the time, she co-wrote all ten tracks on Dream Juice which was released under the name EFUA. 'Somewhere' and 'Strawberry Boy' were released as singles. She also featured on 'Vol. V: Believe' by Soul II Soul.
Currently she works as a celebrity fitness expert and trainer, most notably as part of 'The F-Team' on the BBC programme 'Fat Nation - The Big Challenge'. She also assisted Christian Bale in his fitness programme for the movie Batman Begins.
