Luxembourgian pianist, composer and conductor. He was born 22 December 1937 in Dudelange, Luxembourg. For many years, he was the Deputy Chief Conductor of the Luxembourg Symphony Orchestra, and as such, he was commissioned to lead the orchestra for the 1973 and 1984 editions of the Eurovision Song Contest, both held in Luxembourg. Later on in his career, he primarily worked as a choral conductor.
