American producer, arts consultant and record company executive, born on March 22, 1936 in New York City. He is the brother of Jac Holzman who founded Elektra and Nonesuch.

He worked as stage manager at the New York City Light Opera before moving on to his brother's company. He was vice-president of production and manufacturing for Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch Records (1970-1984) and studio manager of Elektra sound Recorders. He later ran the label Nonesuch and in 1984 founded his own label ROM Records. In 1991 he bought and ran Discovery Records together with his brother. He also owns the companies Keith Holzman Solutions Unlimited and Treasure Trove Inc.
