Jan-Eric Karlzon

Real name: Jan Eric Åke Karlsson Kröning

Swedish singer, songwriter and music teacher, born 30 November 1948 in Karlskoga in Sweden.

Among other things, he has written the dance band song "Jag villl vara din, Margareta", which Sten & Stanley recorded and noted for a success with 1976. In 1987, he participated in Melodifestivalen with the melody Flyktingen, which was eliminated in the first round. He later came to work as a music teacher at a number of different schools in Kungsbacka and now lives in Särö, just outside Gothenburg.
