Singer/songwriter for Pylon and Supercluster.

Born as Vanessa Briscoe in Atlanta, GA in 1955, she met the other members of Pylon while attending the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She was first married to Jimmy Ellison (bassist of The Side Effects. After their divorce, he tragically died of a brain tumor. She then married musician Bob Hay (The Squalls, Bob Hay & The Jolly Beggars, Noogeez, Supercluster) in 1986.
