American songwriter, singer, keyboardist, pianist, arranger, currently resides in Kaysville, Utah. Writes jingles and for film & television.

Born in Dayton, Ohio USA in 1958. He received a composition music grant from the Brigham Young University and after that started his music career. In 1982 he was member of the band Souvenir that released two singles on the label Curb Records.

In 1986 Brett Raymond moved to Tokyo, Japan to work as composer, producer and arranger for pop artists, and also doing radio and TV commercials spots etc. The same year he moved to live in Tokyo city Brett Raymond signed to Sixty Records to release his debut album. In the studio he gathered the L.A. Studio Cats to contribute to the recordings. The album titled “Only Love” is today among west coast music collectors a “masterpiece” and the list of musicians on the album is: Jay Gruska, Randy Waldman, Steve Lukather, Michael Landau, Michael Porcaro, John Keane, Michael Fisher, Steve Tavaglione, James House & Joseph Williams.

The Tokyo trip on last a year and Brett Raymond moved back to US, to settled down north of Salt Lake City, Utah.
