Brian Scroggins was hardware-based techno producer based in California. His Prophecy of P.A.N.I.C. group inspired many other Christian bands to form and release music in the then-fledgling Christian electronic music scene. He released material on his own Patchpoint Musik label. In addition to music, Brian was also deeply interested in meteorology, which is reflected in several of his track titles. Brian lost a two-year battle with a brain tumor on February 9, 2008.
