Real name: Дмитро Омелянович Луценко
(*15 October 1921, Poltava Oblast — †16 January 1989, Kyiv, Ukraine) Ukrainian poet and lyricist. For many of his songs, he teamed with Ukrainian composer Ihor Shamo (Ігор Шамо). Perhaps best know for the song "Києве мій" (My Kyiv).
