Wasu the Live Sample, or simply Wasu is a Zimbabwean soul singer and reggae artist from Harare, Zimbabwe, currently based in Wuppertal, Germany.

He is a vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist whose musical compositions draw from a background in African traditional music, Soul and Reggae, with a tinge of Jazz and Hip-Hop.

Wasu has recorded with the likes of Metaphysics, Laygwan Sharkie and Ian Hillman amongst many others.
