After moving to Manchester to study photography, was a member of several bands on the cities Post-Punk scene, becoming friends with and photographing Dislocation Dance and The Fall, before going on to record a Peel Session and via Factory Records’ Lindsay Reade, recording a demo solo album planned for release on Fundação Atlântica, before the label closed due to financial difficulties. The original tapes were recovered and restored in 2020 and a 7" single of two of the lost recordings was finally released 30 years after recording.
Still based in Manchester, England, specialising in the photography of art and actors.
