Real name: Norman Hector Mackinnon MacLean

Scottish Gaelic comedian, novelist, poet, musician and broadcaster. Born in Glasgow on the 26th of December, 1936 and died in Uist, 31st August 2017. He was evacuated to Lochaber in 1940 where he was brought up by Gaelic speaking relatives.
