Reapers Team, an acronym for R/P (Vietnamese: Đội Thơ Gặt, literally "The Reapers Team") or Team R/P, also known as Reapers, is a Vietnamese boy band consisting of three members. formed by themselves with the company Reapers Ent Inc. The group started in 2020 and debuted on July 23, 2021 with the album Reapers ON.

The trio—consisting of members Huy09, Shiroiii, and RD-co-writes and co-produces much of their own output. Originally a gaming group, their musical style has evolved to include a wide range of genres. Their lyrics, often focused on personal and social commentary, touch on the themes of mental health, troubles of school-age youth and coming of age, loss, the journey towards loving oneself, and individualism. Their work also often references literature and psychological concepts and includes an alternative universe storyline. These arguments suggest that they have a connection to BTS because their content is quite similar.

In China, they are called 收 割 者 队 (Shōugē Zhě Duì).

Reapers Fan or R.P.F.A.N (R/P Fan) is the fandom name of Reapers Team and stands for MC representing the youth.
