Swedish trumpet player and professor, born 1 January 1944 in Norrköping, died 30 March 2007 in Gothenburg.

He was professor of trumpet at the Norwegian Academy of Music and professor of trumpet, chamber music and brass methodology at the University of Stage and Music at the University of Gothenburg.

He founded The Gothenburg Brass Band in 1982 and led this ensemble until his death. They became multiple Swedish champions in brass bands.
