Mary Ann Fisher

American R&B singer. She toured and recorded with Ray Charles as a featured vocalist from 1955-1958. She sings lead on Ray’s “What Kind Of Man Are You” from 1957. She had solo releases on various labels through the early 1960s. In later years she lived in Lousiville KY, where she continued to perform.

Born February 23, 1923 in Henderson, Kentucky.
Died March 12, 2004.
