Orchestra lead by the Uruguayan Ruben Perez Pocho. He moved to Mexico in 1969 and became a studio music arranger for RCA Victor Mexicana. Subsequently, he arranged many tracks for artists like Juan Gabriel, Emmanuel and Gualberto Castro for the music festival OTI from 1971-1979.
