Real name: Linda Kendrick

British singer and actress, born 27th April 1951 in Dagenham, died 5th December 2010 in South London.
She released her first single, It's The Little Things c/w When Your Love Is Warm, on Polydor in 1966. She was cast as Jeanie in the West End production of Hair (1968) which ran for 1,997 performances.
She undertook television work in Europe, appearing on German Television's 4-3-2-1 Hot and Sweet (1968), as a guest singer on UK's Mike and Bernie's Scene (1970) and toured the United States with Elton John, Kiki Dee and The Kinks. In 1975, she released the Elton John and Bernie Taupin penned, House Of Cards.
Her husband died at age 25 and within 12 months her son passed away. She later remarried and moved to Cologne, Germany and had another son. She returned to the U.K. and lived in South London where she subsequently died of pneumonia in December 2010.
