Short-lived experimental latin-blues band, founded in September 2017 by Mr. Resident and Charles Martin. Throughout its small lifetime, the band found a minor level of fame inside its home, the Tomo Hotel, playing shows in its various theaters and releasing its work in the form of demos on 7" records throughout the hotel. These demos were later compiled into The Kings of Tomo later in the band's life, immediately before its dissolution in May 2018 resulting from the disappearance of the Martin, who acted as the band's vocalist. Mr. Resident, the Kings' keyboardist, lyricist, and producer, moved on as the musician of Mein Studios, who released the Kings' demos under their label on a wider scale in 2021.
