American lyricist, talent manager, film producer and label owner.
Collaborated extensively with Peter De Angelis with whom they co-founded Chancellor (1957) and became a successful 60's writing duos, launching the career of Fabian and Frankie Avalon. Long-time manager of Rona Barrett.
