Composer from Gökova, Muğla, Turkey. Oktay Şaktimur began as a bassist 30 years ago, playing mostly rock and progressive music. Since around 2010 he has been writing progressive, psychedelic and Berlin School style electronic music in his home studio in Istanbul, Turkey.He is a member of EM Force, an alliance of musicians making quality electronic music.
