Roger Montgomery
Classical hornist.
He studied at the University of York and at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Anthony Halstead. He was a founder member and conductor of Jane Manning's ensemble, Jane's Minstrels, in 1988. Member of the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, he regularly plays guest principal with many of the London orchestras and is principal horn of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, the Orchestra Revolutionaire et Romantique and the New Queen’s Hall Orchestra.
