Real name: Augustus R. Stevenson
US songwriter. Died on March 10, 2016 in his 87th year.Augustus was known as Bobby Stevenson in the music world of the 1950's for songs such as Hey Little Girl by Dee Clark, So Many Ways by Brook Benton, I Don't Know by Ruth Brown, Please Say You're Fooling by Ray Charles and many many more. Augustus also won songwriter of the year from Billboard Magazine in 1959.
