Synth Replicants

Members: Steve Labrecque (2), Per Thomhav
Founded by Per Thomhav, a Danish electronic/ambient musician, born on 17 November 1967 in Horsens, Denmark. During the 1980s he was part of the band "Synthphonic", formed by his friend and musician Flemming Pedersen. The music was heavily inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre and the first fresh inspirations from Tangerine Dream and Klaus Schulze were also added.In 2019, Per Thomhav formed Synth Replicants and the first album Concert In Cyberspace was released on August 1, 2019. The music on this album was inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre.
Then albums continued to be released and the style and inspiration changed to be predominantly characterized by Tangerine Dream and other "Berlin School" musicians.
On August 21, 2023, American Steve Labrecque officially became part of Synth Replicants after participating in a few tracks that would later become the album Time Of Legends.
