A South Central, Los Angeles hip-hop group, founded by Jason "Shawn" Jackson, DJ Marq, Damon "Twin" Rose, and Jerry Polidore.

Lords Of Lyrics , aka L.O.L., emerged from the underground rap scene in 1993. They signed to Pyramid Records/Wilbro Records and released their first LP, "Do Or Die," in August 1994. In 1996, L.O.L. was picked up by Franchise Records, which released their second LP, "Heaven or Hell." The group broke up soon after, but later reformed with original members Jason "Shawn" Jackson (now known as Young Koop) and Jerry Polidore (J.P.).
