Johnathan Richardson (better known as 'J. R. Dickson') is a British experimental musician, photographer and visual artist. As J. R. Dickson, he founded a naturist music project called Jaybird Music Project, as well as creating the sub-project This Nude World.

J. R. is also the one who defined what 'Naturist Music' is, and created the genres/styles 'Nude Noise', 'Ultra Lowercase', 'Samplecase', 'Art Nude' and 'Docmu'.
