The Saxophonist/Part time Bassist for The Glitter band. Ellison provided the lead saxophone duties on their 1974 debut single "Angel Face", as well as on "Hey!", their first album from the same year. In the mid-1980s, he formed his own band called 'The Power of Soul', which played mainly around his London base of Harrow. Harvey Ellison died from bowel cancer at Christchurch Hospital, Hampshire, on February 1st 2017, aged 65.
