Baltimore band originally called Here Today who released a single and EP. The EP attracted several major labels leading to a contract with Chrysalis. With the contract came a name change to Vigil. They recorded 2 albums for Chrysalis with only the self-titled debut being released by Chrysalis. The band signed to 'Snuff Records and released the second album before breaking up. The band was Jo Connor - Vocals, Guitars, Keyboards, Gregg Maizel - Bass, Andy R - Guitars, Brash Young Man and X-Factor - Drums
