French light music orchestra, founded in 1941 and disbanded in 1975 with the advent of the Orchestre Philharmonique De Radio France. The history of its name follows the same pattern as the Orchestre de Radio France. For chorus credits, please use Chœur de Radio France and its variations.

Orchestre Lyrique De La R.T.F. - 1944 to 1964
Orchestre Lyrique De L'ORTF - 1964 to 1974
Orchestre Lyrique de Radio France - August 1974 to 1975

The chief conductors were Jules Gressier (1941 to 1958), and Pierre-Michel Le Conte (1960 to 1973), and Adolphe Sibert (1963 to 1975).
