1990s Columbus, Ohio Americana band. Original line up: Aaron Rice on bass, Timothy Scholl on guitar, Jonathan Williams on drums. Tim Easton (of The Kosher Spears) joined, Scholl was replaced by Phillip Park (aka Freddie Free), and Jovan Karcic of Gaunt replaced Williams. Toured Europe, opened for Wilco, Chris Isaak, REM, Pere Ubu, Tom Petty, Warren Zevon, played CMJ and SXSW. Rice left band shortly after the release of the album, replaced by Matt Surgeson (of The Jive Turkeys).
