Paraguayan composer (1907 - 1982), father of Oscar Cardozo Ocampo and Amambay Cardozo Ocampo.He was one of the founders of Argentinian rights society SADAIC, in 1936.
Formed a duo with Eladio MartÃnez in the 1930s and founded, directed and played piano and flute on the folk orchestra Orquesta Peru Rima.
