Francisco Mejía is a DJ and producer from Caracas, Venezuela. Pacheko was the alias he used for his early DJ sets and solo work in his hometown of Caracas, before moving to Barcelona and embracing the Phran alias.

As a teenager in Caracas he formed a band called Farandula Popular, and then joined Todosantos. After leaving Todosantos in 2006, he joined a group of local artists and formed Abstractor. In 2011, Abstractor co produced the ¿Quien Quiere Tuki? - Who Wants Tuki? documentary, exploring the local Raptor House & Changa Tuki scene, a form of venezuelan ghetto house.
