Emilienne Michiels was the spouse of band leader & songwriter Joseph Dethier aka Jean Darlier (1920-2006).
Joseph Dethier is registered at SABAM as Joseph Pascal L. Dethier so it's certainly possible Lou Pascal it is in fact a pseudo for him rather than his wife.
