She then recorded a series of soul singles in Detroit for the Back Beat label from Texas. Performed with Rusty Bryant, Hank Marr, Bobby Floyd, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Columbus Jazz Orchestra, Mary McClendon, Doc Severinsen, George Benson, Arturo Sandoval and many others.
