German jazz guitarist.
Born 1979 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, now Chemnitz, GDR. He began his studies in 1998 at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theater in Leipzig, and continued on to study in 2002/2003 at the Rytmisk Music Conservatory in Copenhagen. Since 2012 he is a teacher for jazz guitar at the HKB, Universität der Künste in Bern/Schweiz.
