Francisco Flores Ruiz
Francisco Flores Ruiz was General Commander of the Chilean Police Corps between 1908 and 1921.
In 1910 he wrote the lyrics of the "Canción del Carabinero", that today corresponds to the "Himno de Carabineros de Chile" the anthem of the chilean police.
Not to be confused with his son Francisco Flores Del Campo who wrote more famous works
