Jaap Drupsteen

Dutch graphic designer (b. 19 September 1942, Hasselt), best known for his work for VPRO and NOS broadcasters, as well as a series of Dutch guilder banknotes he created for De Nederlandsche Bank (four nominations, ƒ10 to ƒ1,000, circulated from March 1990 till conversion to € in January 2002). Jaap Drupsteen also designed a Dutch national passport in 1999 and several postal stamps. One of his recent works is an exterior of Beeld En Geluid institute in Hilversum.
