Real name: John Aleo
John is a trance artist out of Tinley Park, Illinois. Angra Mainyu is his most popular alias, though popularity is far from what Angra stands for. In fall 2010 he set up his own label, 7th Gate Recordings. Angra's style is dark, being either sad, or angry.
