Psychedelic / Goa trance act.When Jeremy Van Kampen left in 1997 to concentrate on the Laughing Buddha project, Cosmosis became Bill Halsey's solo project. He credits himself as 'Bilbo Bagginz' on some of his releases.
Started off in UK. Bill has been living in mainland Spain, Switzerland, Ibiza and currently again in UK.
